Privacy Policy

This policy describes how The CPR Doc, LLC (Glendale, Arizona) handles your information. If you have any questions, write to thecprdocaz@gmail.com or call (602) 327-4750.

What we collect

• When you book a class: your name, email, mobile number, the class you chose, and the number of seats.
• When you pay: card payments are processed in Stripe's secure checkout; we never see your full card number. Venmo and PayPal payments happen in their own apps.
• When you request private or on-site training: whatever you share in our request form (hosted by Jotform).
• When you write to us: your messages and contact details, so we can reply.

We do not collect health information at booking. Anything you choose to tell your instructor in class stays between you and is not recorded in our systems.

What we don't do

• No ad trackers and no analytics tools on this site.
• We never sell or rent your information, to anyone, ever.
• No newsletters and no marketing email. The only emails we send are about your classes: confirmations, receipts and payment links, changes or cancellations, and a single invitation to leave a review the day after your class.

Your certification card

To issue your certification card, we share your name and email with our certifying program (Health & Safety Institute, HSI). They use it to issue and verify your credential.

Where your information lives

Your booking details are stored in a secure database and pass only through the services that run this site: Supabase (database), Stripe (card payments), Resend (class emails), and Cloudflare (site hosting). Each one processes your information only to provide its service.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no tracking cookies. Your browser stores two things locally: your language preference (English or Spanish) and a temporary copy of the class schedule so the site loads fast. Both stay on your device.

Third-party links and content

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and the review badge from the BBB's server, and links out to services like Instagram, Facebook, Jotform, Venmo, and PayPal. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and certification records while they are useful for your credential (cards are valid for two years) and for our business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Minors

Bookings are made by adults. If a participant is under 18, their parent or guardian provides the information and gives consent.

Your choices

Write to us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Replying to any of our emails works too; Dagmarie reads every reply.
