Cancellation & Refund Policy

The short version: plans change, and we get it. Tell us at least 48 hours before class and you can move to another date or get a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you cancel

48 hours or more before class: a full refund to your original payment method, or a free transfer to any future date. Card refunds usually appear in 5 to 10 business days.
Less than 48 hours before class: we can't offer a refund, but you get one free transfer to a future class date, good for 6 months.
If you miss class without telling us: the seat is forfeited. Reach out anyway. We are humans first, and we will do our best to find a fair option.

If you're running late

Certification requires completing the full class, that's a program standard we can't bend. If you arrive too late to certify, we treat it as a same-day cancellation and help you rebook another date.

If you're sick

Stay home and let us know, even if it's the same morning. We will move you to another date at no charge, no matter how late the notice. Classes are small and hands-on, and looking out for each other is part of the job.

If we cancel or reschedule

Sometimes a class doesn't reach its minimum, or an emergency forces us to move it. If that happens, we email you as soon as possible and the choice is yours: a full refund or a free seat on the new date.

Venmo and PayPal reservations

Your seat is reserved the moment you book, but it isn't guaranteed until we receive your payment. Please send payment within 24 hours of booking; unpaid seats may be released to other students.

Skills sessions (blended courses)

The same rules apply to your skills session seat. The online portion of a blended course is completed at your own pace and is separate from your in-person seat.

After class

Once you complete class and your certification card is issued, the course fee is non-refundable.

Reply to your confirmation email, write to thecprdocaz@gmail.com, or call or text (602) 327-4750. The name you booked under is all we need.
